Most people drive and have M.O.T.’s done on their cars every year but how many get a professional to look at their diet regularly and let them know where work needs to be done to help support their health?
How does it work?
When you make an appointment you will be sent a DIET MOT© pack. In this pack you will have a food diary (3 sheets) and an info sheet. You should be honest when completing these and send them back to me, with your deposit, in the envelope provided. All this needs to be done at least a week before your first appointment, this date/time should be written in the space provided in the pack. If I have not received your information, in sufficient time, your appointment may have to be postponed. Packs can be sent out by email, if this is preferred.
What happens then?
We meet up, I go through your current diet, explaining where possible problems or nutrient deficiencies might be occurring. I run through your individual plan of action in detail. This session lasts for 30 minutes. We then arrange for your follow up appointments, each being 15 minutes at 4 and 8 weeks. The reviews could be done by phone if attendance is not possible but this will need to be arranged in advance.
What will you gain?
Many people ask me are there just a few ‘easy to follow ways’ in which they might improve their health through making changes to their diet. This is a program that will give you suggestions for real change and the possibility of improved health benefits. Weight loss/gain, better energy levels and improved skin condition are amongst many possible, positive changes.
Anyone could benefit from changes to their diet as we can all get ‘stuck in a rut’ or be tempted to not eat & drink sensibly. Many believe their diet is reasonably good but are interested to know how to do better.
If you have more chronic or serious health issues, the full Nutritional Therapy program may be of further benefit to you. This can be discussed at your sessions.

How do I book?
Please contact me for more information.
What if I have to cancel?
Please give as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend any of your appointments. This is only courteous and allows others to use the appointment made available. Unfortunately, your deposit is not usually refundable or transferable if sufficient notice is not given. It may, however, be transferred if you wish to re-book your appointment for another time and the required notice is given.
Please contact me if you have any further queries. I look forward to meeting with you and supporting your work towards better health.
